Dumpster Dynasty - Terms & Conditions
By renting a dumpster from Dumpster Dynasty LTD, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with the following terms & conditions. These policies are in place to ensure safe, timely, and professional service for all customers. Please read carefully before confirming your rental.
1. PAYMENT & RESERVATION
Full payment is required prior to dumpster delivery in order to reserve your container. Dumpsters will not be delivered until payment has been received and confirmed.
Via confirmation through text, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined by Dumpster Dynasty LTD.
Dumpster Dynasty LTD reserves the right to pursue a mechanic's lien or other legal remedies if any invoice remains unpaid, or if a credit card chargeback is initiated against Dumpster Dynasty LTD.
2. PICKUP CONFIRMATION
Customers must contact Dumpster Dynasty via text message to confirm their scheduled pick-up date. Dumpsters are not automatically retrieved without customer confirmation. Failure to confirm may result in extended rental fees or scheduling delays. We try our best to pick-up within 24 hours EXCEPT on weekends.
3. PERMITS & FEES
The customer is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and for paying all related fees as required by local municipalities, HOAs, or property management entities.
4. DAMAGES & RESPONSIBILITY
The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage that occurs to property, pavement, driveways, or landscaping during the placement, use, or removal of the dumpster. Dumpster Dynasty is not liable for any damages resulting from improper placement instructions or failure to comply with loading guidelines.
5. WEIGHT & LOADING RESTRICTIONS
All dumpsters are subject to specified weight limits and loading restrictions. Overloaded or overweight dumpsters may result in additional charges or refusal of pickup until corrected. Customers are responsible for ensuring materials are loaded safely and within the stated capacity.
6. ACCEPTED AND PROHIBITED MATERIALS
The following materials are generally allowed in Dumpster Dynasty containers:
- Household junk and general trash
- Common household items (furniture, boxes, small appliances, etc.)
- Remodeling and construction debris (wood, drywall, tile, carpet, siding, shingles, etc.)
- Small amounts of clean concrete, brick or dirt.
Important: Concrete and dirt must each be placed in separate containers and kept free of all other waste. Mixed loads may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup.
The following items are strictly prohibited and may not be placed in any Dumpster Dynasty container under any circumstance:
-Hazardous or toxic waste
- Fuels, oils, paints, stains, or inks
-Chemical, solvents, or flammable materials
-Medical or biohazard waste
-Industrial drums or sealed containers
-Asbestos or asbestos-contaminated materials
-Resins, adhesives, or absorbent materials containing hazardous substances
-Large quantities of food waste or organic matter
-Refrigerators, freezers, or air conditioners
-Televisions, computers, or electronic waste
-Hot water tanks or any pressurized tanks
- Mattresses or box springs (subject to special disposal requirements or fees)
Important: Improper disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional handling fees, fines, or refusal of service in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
