This text serves as an agreement regarding your dumpster rental also to inform you of the weight and loading restrictions.
PRIOR TO DROP-OFF FULL PAYMENT IS DUE in order to reserve your dumpster rental.
It is understood that the customer assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY for any damages that have occurred during rental period, any overweight and loading restrictions disregarded. PRIOR TO DROP-OFF YOU MUST RESPOND “OKAY” to this text as your agreement to the information as followed:
ITEMS ALLOWED IN DUMPSTER:
· Household junk, trash and most common items
· Remodeling/construction debris/ shingles
· Small amounts of clean concrete/ clean dirt
Specific restrictions for concrete and dirt - For example: Both requiring their own containers & separated from all other waste (please call for more information)
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED IN DUMPSTER:
· No hazardous waste, fuels, oils, paints, inks, toxics chemicals
· No medical waste, no large amounts of food waste
· No industrial drums, asbestos, contaminated absorbents, abrasives or resins
· No large amounts of food waste, refrigerators, air conditioners, TV’s, hot water tanks
· Specific restrictions for items such as: refrigerators, air conditioners, TVs, hot water tanks and mattresses (please call for details)
LOADING/WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
There are weight limits that your rental agreement includes and a maximum weight your dumpster can contain. For example: A 10 Yard Dumpster Rental Agreement includes 1 Ton and cannot exceed 3 Tons (or 6,000 lbs.). Please note that customers will be charged for any overage in weight exceeding the agreed upon amount and/or if the dumpster weighs in over the maximum weight. Weight limits will be strictly enforced. Items CAN NOT be over the edge of the dumpster. There will be a fee charged if items need to be adjusted to comply with any restrictions. Dumpster Dynasty reserves the right to remove such items and/or refuse your dumpster pick-up completely until the dumpster rental is within guidelines applied.

***Dumpster Dynasty reserves the right to pursue a mechanics lien if any invoice is not paid or a credit card chargeback is initiated against Dumpster Dynasty LTD***

Customer must call or text Dumpster Dynasty to confirm day of pick up. We do not automatically pick dumpsters up.
Customer is responsible for obtaining all permits and fees if needed.
